Why not cultivate directly from the cosmos the second you need to? It’s an abundant source that can never run out and is always accessible. Same idea as a ring, but without the middle man.
I do this when I’m running and tired, but want to push my distance. I cultivate cosmic qi, and breathe it into the tired limbs, heart, lungs, if I have a pain I breathe it into that, and that makes me run easier, breathe easier, and any pain goes away. I have to concentrate, but practice makes perfect
