For those struggling with spirit evocation

This was a study done on how to induce hallucinations, it might help those of you who struggle to see the spirit before you. How to generate CONTROLLED HALLUCINATIONS

Yes. I would just caution, as this doesn’t come from a magickal perspective but one of simply playing with the darkness behind your eyes…

There’s a difference though between light artifacts from random brain firings you can see in darkness, hallucinations which are in your mind only (not a shareable experience), and subconscious interpretations of incoming energy.

One is random, one is creative fiction unconnected to reality and the other is you integrating with the energies and spirits, including other humans. And then there’s what you manifested… The exercise visualizing a rose, is basically making a rose thoughtform.

If you confuse these too much you can go mad, meaning, be working off a reality that is not shared by anyone else to the point that you become dysfunctional in society - that’s basically what insanity is. This is why we strongly recommend people with mental illness such as schizophrenia, who have hallucinations unconnected to anything spiritual, do not practice evocation or invocation until they can tell the difference. And I don’t recommend easily suggestible people get too far into this work without setting up protections.

As the person says in the article:

Focusing your attention on known or unknow[n] things give[s] different results!

Yes - The most important factor not elaborated on in this short text, is your intention and state of calmness is paramount. Training skills is one thing, using this for magick is all about intention and asking the right questions, then, not super-imposing your expectations and personal thought-forms over it to make self-created stories (hallucinations) instead of receiving and interacting with actual beings (magick).
