What does it means If I’m constantly seeing flashes and weird small lights that appear for less than 1 second and then it disappear again ?.
It literally been ages since this is happening and sometimes other people who come to my room can see them too, they even start seeing them when I go visit their houses.
I tried talking with whomever this is but no answer, not like I can hear them sense my astral senses aren’t developed yet and it’s gonna take quite sometime till I reach that level of seeing or hearing spirits but even If I ask them to visit me in my dreams no one comes ( honestly that pisses me off since a lot of practitioners do it but no one ever comes when I ask them to talk to me in dreams).
Note that this has been always happening for 10 years to this days and it’s before the time I got into any occult practice.

Do you mean just randomly, during the day while you’re in a normal state of consciousness?
Can you describe what the lights look like? Are the like sparks or more like orbs that move across the room, do you have depth perception on them for size?
Activated third eye visions are usually in the form of shadows in the peripheral vision and you sometimes get an idea of form, but when you try to look directly at it there’s nothing there.
When I tried to summon a demon, an imposter appeared instead. That same night, I saw a blue light flash and then disappear, and I felt something touch my hair and heard a voice calling my name when I went to sleep. I think those flashes might be a sign of spirits around you.
None of those symptoms recurred, but I think he’s still there.
They look like this one but vary in colors, they’re small and they don’t move they just flash and disappear. and yeah I see them in the normal state of consciousness even other people see them sometimes when I’m around them.
Yeah the guess is that they are spirits but they’ve been around before I even tried to summon one
Ok - that sounds more like nerve firing than spirits. Like there’s the phrase “seeing stars” when people get nerve compression in the neck or a knock on the head, also when blood pressure is too high (bp being too low also gives light effects but more like a steady patch that blinds you).
You might want to check your electrolyte and nutrition levels, particularly magnesium, which a lot of people are deficient in and you need it for nerves to work properly.
I don’t think so Mulberry this doesn’t explain why others see it too only when I’m around.
Well you didn’t say that before. Why don’t you ask them then, since they are there with you and we are not?

Robert Bruce says that if a spirit calls you by name, it’s a good spirit. If it were evil, it would try to scare you or say something obscene. So in my case, it’s probably a good spirit. I’m certain there are parasites and spirits around me. I’m considering summoning a spirit for protection, like Murmur. Is there a chance that the spirit might become hostile as a result? The summoning might fail, and the devil might not be able to rid me of the spirit.
I don’t think I agree with that. Robert Bruce was a very positive person, and like attracts like, but in my experience that isn’t true but a very long way. Anything black and white that sets a hard rule for the terming astral fauna is probably questionable, it’s just an area where there’s very little visibility or experience.
I think beings can end up doing you ill without even meaning to and without it being personal or malicious, it’s just in their nature, such as in how they feed.
