We know spirits that can find lost things, but can they find lost people too? If not, does anyone know a spirit that can?

There is a spirit in the book Summoning Spirits by Konstantinos that can find lost people. However, the spirit will not reveal the location of someone who does not want to be found if the spirit feels that it is justified.
Edit to add: The name of the spirit is Hiepacth.
By the way, if he can make someone come back, can he make someone leave a place?

No that’s a different thing. For that, try the Force Exile working from the Angels of Wrath book.

The Goetia is only a very small number of the spirits available and hardly the be all and end all. Why limit yourself to a handful when there are multitudes of entities out in the wilds of the universe? To quote Azazel from the Book of Azazel: “If we all stood upon the earth, our numbers would block out the sun.”
