That sounds like a mermaid, you could ask her directly for a name or ask someone else if she uses other names than what she’ll tell you.

You’re thinking fish, mer means “sea”, sea maiden.
Half snake could imply something like a naga, but it’s more likely to be symbolic of wisdom.
But if you can in trance go back into the dream you can ask it what it represents, if it’s an aspect of you, or a message, a fae, or something else.
