Jinn aren’t the safest to work with, I agree there. However, you dismissing someone’s experiences due to them not following your methods is a bit close-minded and ignorant. People don’t have to follow already written rituals to succeed, you can create your own just the same and have things work out.
We have to remember that even the oldest rituals were written by practitioners and it’s always encouraged to work in ways that are best for you - Their rituals being what worked best for them.
Jinn aren’t the easiest to summon but that honestly isn’t the hardest part. The hardest part when working with jinn is building up their trust enough for things to be consistently effective.
Another thing that I want to mention when it comes to jinn is that they speak many languages, it’s not exclusively Arabic. The ancient Mesopotamians worked with them and so did the Persians, they didn’t speak Arabic yet those cultures were able to effectively work with them? I am sure that they had their own rituals too. I personally think that they read more into the energy then the words spoken but that is my own personal take when it comes to that stuff.

When it comes to my own experiences with jinn, I have worked with them for a little over half of a decade now. I will say that they came to me first so perhaps that in itself was a head start, but as time went by I went on to summon them in my own way.
Jinn are very unpredictable and all protective measures should be taken because you never know what you are going to get. I will say that you shouldn’t start out with binding them though due to the grim history they have involving it.
If you bind a jinn without consent you will probably make your situation worse, especially if your attempt fails (even if you succeed they will take any opportunity to sever it). All I can emphasize is that trust is a huge thing when it comes to them.
Give them offerings, maybe do favors for them from time to time as a way to make the relationship stronger and more mutual. As your relationship grows, you will be able to explore their culture a bit more and find it easier to interact with other jinn that are higher then them.
I always suggest working with the lesser jinn first and then build your way up to the kings. I don’t really suggest outright going to the kings because things can fall apart pretty quickly and fast if you don’t properly approach them.
I consider the peris and jann to be more of the humanitarians amongst the jinn. They tend to be the most curious when it comes to us and tend to be more inclined to interact. The ifrit and marid are definitely not for beginners due to them being a stronger variant of jinn (ifrit being the most cynical in regards to humans).
When it comes to offerings, my go to’s are tabacco, wine (they tend to like merlot the most lol), and occasionally blood if it is an Ifrit.
Uhhh… Anyway, I can go on forever so here is a tid bit in regards to my experiences with them. c:
