I need a teacher here, like a mentor and will teach me everything I need to know about evocations and magic.

You are unlikely to find one. We are more of a “do it yourself” kind of community here.

However, one of BALG’s authors, @C.Kendall, does have a mentorship program that he offers (he’s the only one here allowed to offer magical services). I don’t know what he charges though, so you would have to contact him directly.

Check out the Black Magick course offered by BALG, then come back here to ask questions.
If you want cheaper, the book that represents the original mail order course EA did is also good, it’s called Ordo Ascensum Atynalis.
