The entities that really do know us are Lilith, King Paimon, Lucifer, and Focalor.

When in doubt, go back to the basics and eliminate possible causes one by one. I feel this is beyond a quick fix.
First, go to the doctor, you need to definitely eliminate normal physical issues as the cause.
Also, banic and cleans your house, ritual space and your selves properly and completely.
With that baseline set, then it’s time for the inner work. This whole deal may be an important part of your journey. You use it to learn and deepen your practice. In the process, the issues today will be uncovered, understood and resolved. But it ia process.
You have a couple of ways to approach the inner work. One is to pathwork the Qliphoth or the dayside, not just read it, you have to do the work.
Another is go up each subtle layer of the body shamanistically, journeying into each inner landscape as it’sown world and routing unwanted manifestations there, however they appear.
A third is to pathwork the 9 Gatekeepers series by EA, which also takes you on a journey through all the aspects of your being to remove issues and add in strength.
Similarly other paths do the same thing, the Norse, Druidry, and the Draconian currents come to mind.
Personally I think these options will help you make lemonade out of lemons here… they’re harder work, can take years to complete as you do them over and over getting to know yourself better with every iteration, and the rewards are worth it in tend of understanding, ability and power.
