My mom has been feeling bad lately, she went to a shaman and told him that she had a dead person on her, a deformed entity that someone sent her. I need some ritual or spell to eliminate said entity and return the work they did to it. Currently I only work with Lucifer although I have no drama of working with another deity or being but I need help.

if someone sent a dead person, it means they had to use magic, maybe use a breaking spell or a reversal spell
or deities or demons who have a hand in necromancy for example Murmur ,Hecate …
so that they can take the dead person away to where it belongs

Personally the first thing I do with unwanted ghosts is talk to them and tell them to move on. They are people and understand this level of communication. Working with them as a medium or psychopomp can help free them and get them going on their spiritual path.
If they say no then you can ask Lucifer since you already work with him to help you move them along.
Good entities to work with are any that rule the underworld in mythology. Hades, Hel, The Morrighan, Ereshkigal, Lucifer, most cultures have at least one so you can choose any that draw you, though again Lucifer is already in play so why not go to him.
