Enlil, Enki, and the Pillars on the Tree of Life

In the video I link below, Echols comments that Enlil and Enki are represented in the pillars on the tree of life.

Enlil is said to embody the pillar of Severity

Enki is said to embody the pillar of Mercy

This alone seems to make sense, but I discovered an even deeper connection.

In ancient Mesopotamia, every major God had a number associated with them

The number of Enlil is 50

The number of Enki is 40

What makes this fascinating is the pillar of Severity contains the Sephira Geburah, and the Number associated with this Sphere is 5

The pillar of Mercy on the other hand contains the Sephira Chesed. The number of this sphere is 4.

As you can see, this connects them deeply to the pillars.

And if Ars Aurora is correct in the assumption that YHVH was constructed from Enlil and Enki, this brings the entire tree into a much greater perspective.

Yahweh can be seen as the forces of Severity and Mercy at odds with each other. I think this sums up the God better than any other description I’ve read.

I though you should consider putting these related musings all together in one thread, so that people can find them all. If they see one, at the moment they will miss of the others, and they speak to each other here.

As this post is not asking for feedback or opinions or discussion, and seems a personal note taking, I am moving it to Journals.

I’d rather keep them seperate to keep the conversations more concise, but thank you for moving it to Journals.

In fact this is very similar to a duplicate of Damien Echols thoughts on Enlil and Yahweh - #2 by Alahimavatara

Please avoid making duplicate topics and try to help us keep a tidy forum.

This all fits under an exploration of Echols work.

You have not here opened a discussion. Please keep your journals together.
