Yes , in fact, I always do my meditation before any ritual and every spiritual exercise that I am given by spirits are always after meditation.

Internal energy

The most important thing besides mental stability and peace in meditation is the internal energy.

Energy must be flowing and it makes meditation much much more potent.

Physical activation

First you have to activate the energy by physical means, this is done by a light workout like MMA, 1-3 km run or even good ol’ masturbation. I even combine both so it’s light physical activation (aslo stretching can be good) and later masturbate for the sake of feeling sexual energy.

Physical activity raises sexual energy which is sort of the raw material for spiritual energy aslo known as kundalini energy. The goal here is not to cum, only feel the internal energy.

Cessation of Activity

Once energy is raised, it’s time to ground it and make “transcendental” if there is naughty thoughts or you are past the limit then its time to stop the physical activity of touching and rely solely on mental (thoughts) self pleasure, once physical activity ceases you can see your mental motives and visions, feeling etc. try to look beneath those Samskaras (lit: mental impressions) by the grace of knowing there’s something more than the animal self, you can circulate that energy in your body in so doing make it transcendal.

Theme/key point: raising physical energy, stop physical action, let what animates the physical do it’s job without action, move the energy upwards.

Cessation of internal activity

Now we can further enter deeper in silence and bliss, this is done by yoga nidra. My technique for yoga nidra is very very simple, intrinsic and probably not helpful for most people but you can find tutorials online.

I simply let myself go to sleep… not yet, there is an eye opened so I can never sleep! In practice this means: surrender and let go in sleep, but focus on the ajna chakra and resist the urge to sleep but aslo do sleep. Its hard to explain lol. But I listen to a 15 minutes meditation music when I do:

After waking up from yoga nidra, feeling like dagon, feeling like yam Nahar whom rises from the depths of the abyss ( in this degradation - sleep! (The ancient Egyptians saw sleep, lust, Hunger and things in animal nature as manifestions of spiritual darkness)) I go ahead make a tea.

Actual meditation

Then I enter actual meditation.
I only breath 108 times while counting my 108 mala beads using this

After finishing, I do an exercise that builds the body of black light by president Gaap and finish off with Qi qong then workout.

Incase of ritual/Evocation
If there is an Evocation, then in the actual meditation phase (with the Stargate) I simply saw eleven times the name of the spirit. Scry or gaze at the sigil and request their influence upon my meditation. After finishing the meditation I start the actual Evocation.

Do I always do it like this?
No, but sometimes is the half assed way, sometimes it’s simple meditation and nothing else but this is the optimum and the condition I strive the most.
