I want to contact them but I don’t know whom or their names. I just know on fae like Morrigan and Titania. But for elves, im not sure if they are separate or also seelie/unseelie courts. But for both that could benefit me, whom to contact?

It’s a tricky subject.
The concept of Fae queens comes from folk traditions and stories.
If some of those queens are descendants from pagan dieties (the myth of Sir Orfeo is a good example), some others are fictional characters, local legends, spirits of places who got personnified….
The elves comes from Nordic traditions. Their kings and queens are Odin and Freya.

some offerings. They like cookies Greek yogurt with honey, and fresh fruits and jams wine is good. touch a tree and a leaf. Express your love. The call knows love, we feel it when we’re ready. Elven might be a far reach, rare but others would be more the willing to comply.
