Is this a good phrase to use for sigil magick?

“It is my will to eliminate doubt from my life”

No, it’s too broad and may backfire.

“It is my will that I can control my beliefs” or something like that is better.

I think you could also focus on positives more. Instead of your sentence you could simply use: I am confident in myself.

How about this one:

“I am confident in my powers”

I think much depends on how you percive the message. I saw a really good thread by @Norski. Maybe read what he wrote and see if you like the style.
