Are dreams shared between participants or are all dreams unique to the individual?
People’s opinion varies depending on their worldview, or model of reality. In my opinion you can have both. While most dreams are personal and individual, dreams can be shared, accidentally or deliberately such as in the art of dreamwalking.
If you consider
a) the model that the astral, which I see as the mental realm created by the thought and navigable using the mental aka astral body, has parts that are “close” to you and not shared, that are personal and other parts that are shared and visited by multiple people (such as fictional locations from books that many people know about) and
b) that the astral is the primary location for dreams to happen in, then it makes sense that dreams can either be just you in your personal corner of it, or you can also come across other beings and humans.
You can also invite or be visited by other beings making a previously private place shared, at laast temporarily, and you can ward areas in t astral to keep out unwanted visitors the same way you set up wards in the physical.
