how do i find useful ones? any suggestions? I assume its similar to an evocation

What is useful to you may not be useful to others so we wouldn’t know, I’d say do like I recommend with entities, but instead of getting an encyclopedia, use the forum and web, read about each tat you find and bookmark the ones that call to you.
There are also published grimoires with servitors. The books about servitors maybe (I don’t own any) but The Filthy Grimoire by Jareth Tempest gas good ones (don’t judge a book by it’s title, it’s actually pretty wholesome).
