Yes, several version from all the stories around using his name. All these books and films have astral locations of thier own, with a version of the character. Vlad Tepes, on whom the fictional character is based, also exists, and is hailed as a great warrior-hero in his homeland.

Invoking just means bringing that energy into yourself. In theory you can do that with any energy. Can you personally do that with one of the fictional models - you will have to try it and find out.

I’m not trying to promote anything here but Enoch Petrucelli has Dracula and Elizabeth Bathory sigils and chants in his patreon. Vlad Tepes and Elizabeth Bathory were real people.
Mulberry’s comment about pulling any energy reminds me of the Silva Method technique where you imagine putting on someone else’s head. For example, if you to be a better guitar player you could put yourself in a trance state and imagine “putting on” or being Jimmy Hendrix.

They can be used to contact an egregore.
I believe that this is a very powerful and promising egregor. But until recently, almost no one took it seriously as an entity for magical work. The main difficulty is that it does not have generally accepted methods of summoning, such as with goetic demons. I’ve established a contact with Dracula intuitively, using lucid dreams and astral projections and mentally pronouncing his name in emotionally charged situations. Yes, I have heard the opinion that such actions are dangerous, but I like the result.
