It’s a Siddhi, a possible result of decades of work and self development.
E.A. Koetting has talked about this, manifesting ectoplasm in his sleep and temporarily creating small, plain objects, but without much luck developing control, persistance or anything useful.
The book series The Life and Teachings of the Masters of the Far East talks about manifesting food but doesn’t tell you how and is largely taken to be fiction.
One place to start is to begin work raising your kundalini, by clearing all energetic imbalances and blocks in your energy system. To do this Robert Bruce who has been a contributing Author with BALG has books and YouTube videos on how that are accessible. Caveat: I’m following his ideas, but no cigar yet, I have too many blocks still, but between my qigong practice and that its inputting my health and psychic ability.

can we ask the blackfoot gods or djinn for that?
I’m afraid not - this is one you really have to do for yourself. There are beings than can help, particularly the healers, but they can’t do it for you.
I don’t think the Djinn actually know - they are Earthbound nature spirits and not made the same as humans, so they don’t have the experience. Some humans have a siddhi for it and can transmit “shaktipat” but unless you want to go to India and spend time and months seeking them out, which isn’t feasible for most of us, it’s better to just do the work.
Blackfoot as in native American Blackfoot tribe? This is a different culture entirely. I don’t know what they believe in terms of energy working, so I would advise asking those entities directly.
Based on this list of Blackfoot tribe entities, if I would ask anyone it would be Star Boy, son of the Morning Star. In Blackfoot tradition, it looks like the Little People would be too sky and again maybe not understand the human condition well enough, and the other non-humans are monsters and embodiments of a hostile world.

Because humans generally don’t know, but you can develop the skills to ask entities that do know. Star Boy is a human-alien hybrid born of a human mother with ascended abilities, so he probably knows a few things.
But when they are not human, then why expect them to know how a human can develop things, they have no experience of how humans work.

thank you very much before, for reaching me out, before that i would like to ask something. as an eclectic, where do you look for all the options for your understanding of something?
Read everything you can get your hands on that interests you. Trust your interests to be the ight direction for you. There’s too much to study at once, and no such thing as too much info, so put out a call, a question, to the universe “bring me to the best info for my magickal development now” and then use here, youtube, other forums, bookstores and follow the pull and synchronicities that will come. “Ask and you shall receive” is real.
be prepared to take your time, practice, do 3 months pathworkings and year long working through one book or another. Keep up consistent practice, read something every day. Within a couple of years you’ll be feeling like you know how much you don’t know, in another 2 you know what you care about knowing and will have designed yourself a journey that never ends but will be in the middle of it.
