Generally, as a global forum for a pretty niche subject even people in the same country are super far apart. You might have better luck with finding mages at sites like meetup.com or advertised at your local crystal store, bookshop or even health food store.
I think there’s more covens and things have people who are not on this forum, and they are not allowed to recruit here per the rules.
