Haematite ! It’s one of the ultimate grounding rocks. It has a earthier lower vibrational feel to it

The thick black ooze you mentioned, that’s blood. Haematite is also known as blood stone because it is an iron oxide.

It helps to ground you after meditation or magic or if you’re feeling out of it.
