Hey does anyone know about this…
The difference? There isn’t one. The Qlippoth is Kabbalah
Contrary to what LHP like to think, there is no Adverse Tree without the Tree of Life. The Qlippoth was first mentioned in the Zohar, one of the foundational texts of the Judaic Kabbalah, believed to have been written around the 12th century. It was then later expanded upon by Rabbi Isaac Luria in the 16th century, and then developed further by occultists in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
The concept of the Qlippoth is Judaic in origin, and is part of the Kabbalah teachings, especially Lurianic Kabbalah, in which it figures prominently.
I feel you should know maybe other people or the form but wasn’t there also a tried tree other then the two main trees ?
Difference between kabbalah and qliphoth
“Kabbalah” The Spehriotic tree of life is the celestial/angelic side of the creation/God. The Qlipothic tree of death is the infernal/demonic side of creation/God.
I swear there was like another trees other then these two hmmm
Not in traditional Kabbalah. There is only the Tree of Life and the Adverse Tree.
Now, it’s possible there is another “Kabbalah” that has a third tree, but it would likely be a modern invention, similar to how the Golden Dawn created a “Hermetic Kabbalah” in the late 19th century by combining their version of Hermetics with traditional Kabbalah.
Where lies the difference? I know that hermetric Kabbalah assigns the 22 Major arcana to the 22 paths. Which is not the case with the classical Kabbalah. Furgermore there is also Cabbalah and Qabbalah, the former is the christian version of Kabbalah and the last one has to do with magick. Do you know more about Qabbalah, what is this about?
Thanks buddy , i knew I was Right but one of my friend was saying that both are different
Does tree of life has a backside too?
Look at it this way: Kabbalah is the name of the overall teachings, and the Qlippoth is one of the lessons in that teaching.
An analogy: Just like World War 2 is taught as part of a History class, the Qlippoth is taught as a part of the Kabbalah.
The Tree of Death, aka Adverse tree mentioned above, IS the reverse side of the Tree of Life (Sephiroth). Sometimes considered like the “roots” going down where the tree of life is the branches with leaves going up.
There’s an idea that you would normally work through the Sephiroth and probably only that. Occultists like the Tree of Death because black magick is sexier, but they both have value in working through to an advanced understanding of your own inner psyche.
