Did i astral travel?

I fell asleep one night when i was actually quite at peace and felt more connected than usual and i entered this… what seems like a dream while im here typing but when i look at the memories it feels real. Anyway, i think i astral travelled because i spent alot of time trying to figure out how to get through walls, and i eventually figured it out which was basically pushing up against the solid material. When i pushed up against it it felt as though i was wading through a thick semi-solid substance. Weird feeling at first.

I then spent what felt like ALL night just wondering around, met some people who i think were either also astral travelling or they were physical and could see me. One of them who i told i was a spirit and explained that i was astral travelling to asked me if i was a scientologist, i said no and then said i have to return to my body at which point i teleported back to my bed and felt myself pulled into my body like a rushing river and… snap i woke up. After looking it up apparently scientologists do believe and practice astral projection lol.

there was a lot of other experiences, like me seeing someone who i apparently knew but have no physical recollection of, they were acting sort of drunk but were able to talk. She was going somewhere and kept walking as i was asking if she wanted to visit a night club, seemed she was in a drunken rush almost.

Was this astral travel? Did i astral project? Im CONFUSED beyond belief. I want to say i did, and my heart is saying i did. But im just making sure by asking people who have astral projected before. Did i?

OH AND i felt more comfortable there than i ever have here in my waking life. Like… 0 anxiety at all.

@DarkPriorities
Well I’ve never Astral Projected Personally It Sojnds like you were
Especially the fact the you could go through walls and you felt yourself being pulled into your body
You also were aware that you were not awake
I believe that During being dreams and Astral Projection you more aware and more knowledgeable about what some things are and what’s going on, you’re in a heightened state of awareness aka trance (Maybe Delta?)If you believed that you were Astral Projecting (Especially During The Time You Were Experiencing It) Then Chances Are You Most Likely Were, Do Not Doubt Yourself, Believe In Yourself And Trust Your Intuition
If you’re not sure you could try asking @Post_lux_tenebrae He’s very wise and Knowledgeable in all things

Unsolicited opinion- you don’t need to project to interface with the astral. The waning consciousness can be tuned to interact with intentionally. We call it a daydream, lol. But honestly, intentional daydreaming is already in the alpha state of consciousness. Just cultivate receptivity and trust the imagery as ND eventually you will realize that interfacing with the astral doesn’t require projection at all. It’s just more exciting.

It sounds like astral travel to me. I think it’s normal that emotions are muted, it seems like the emotional body, the part that is generated by hormones, stays behind with the physical at this stage of travel.

I’ve heard of really deep stated of travel were it’s so real if you get hurt there you can bring that hurt back.

The myth that if you die in a dream you die in real life may be true. But most usually the event wakes you up right before it happens. … meaning, there’s deeper travel where you bring most everything of yourself with you, but for most dreams you only get a bit going out there.

I assume you Astral Project so You should know for sure

Yes only I call it shamanic journeying. I’ve noticed the less deep the site contact is, the harder it is to also connect emotionally. Images you would expect to be scary if they were physically in front of you do not trigger any animal response. My mind ight think it’s real, but the monkey I’m incarnate into doesn’t get it clearly enough to have an instinctive reaction as it would to danger/predator.

Yeah you’re right
I tried your Journeying Method 3 times it worked the first 2 times but I failed on the 3rd try so I gave up with plans to retry in the future
(It’s been long enough)

So considering that, a person astral projecting might not be scared of those non-human spirits that look like they came straight out the conjuring? Like those ugly ass mfs?

Right, you just look at them and go “oh interesting, I wonder why my subconscious is reminded of the ugly mfs out of the conjuring here?” It might not even be about appearance but something they do that’s similar, and that’s the closest thing you’ve every seen that’s close.

Scientologist? interesting. Have you given indepth thought as to why you encountered that specific element in the astral, despite not being one?

Not really. In my experience it was just me interacting with another person.

I love that. I try to have that intensity of conscious engagement but the dropping away of primary reality and the full projection always eludes me.
