Well I know I’m late to this topic and I honestly hope that things got settled out. 
I know this is late and honestly it is kinda hard to know what all is going on but oddly enough I have had similar experiences of my own. Now I never had scratches or anything physical in that sense but I am sure I have had or may still don’t know a spirit who is with me like that. I never once had any true negative experiences with them but I came to this conclusion based on what I read here and my experiences from the past. I had cases that I had boyfriends in the past just brake up with me (in the most random and oddest of ways.) As well as I felt as though I was kept from wanting to engage in normal sexual activity with them. One time I did have some with my second who I lost it too. But the moment we “connected” I felt this hurt feeling from a person across the room. After that our “time together” decreased a grate bit. We still had a over all healthy relationship but like the others he broke up with me in the oddest way. I look back on these experiences and even though it was very emotionally hard on me I have to honestly thank who ever it is because I wouldn’t be here typing this right now with the knowledge that I have gained from the experiences that I have had.
Now I’m not saying that who it is doing this for a good reason but if it was me, and I had the connection like this and the ability to talk to this person, I would and not just get answers but try to understand where they are coming from and if I felt it necessary I would put down my lines and if they don’t respect them (because they are full of them selves) then I would kick them out. But after working with spirits of different kinds I kinda got a larger picture about them then if I just stayed where I was all those years ago.

so what does the scratch marks mean from my male demon? he did scratch me more than 4 times but idk why. he did stroke my hair last night and cuddle me in bed. ^^

Well I’m no expert by any means, but based on what I gathered from other posts and people’s experiences and what I personally experienced is;

He could be doing this as a way to mark you as you said. Normally I have read people with Incubus or Succubus as partners would do this. But there was another post on here that they are experiencing this from their partner out of pleasure in a sub/dom relationship view. But there is spirits that are or can be quite possessive of their partners and want others to stay away but in a since that they want a one on one relationship persay and not a open relationship. You see this also in Djinn especially and it is more common for people to have relationships with them then what is let on. But this, no matter what type of spirit/being they are, of course can affect this persons life and their relationships with other human beings but mostly in a romantic way but in few cases can be even with the opposite sex as friends. But because most spirits don’t see it as we do (normal being male and female couples) this can lead them to scare off the others that are the same sex to insure they won’t “touch you”. Just because they are intelligent beings does not mean they won’t act on instinct. When people have this issue and it is causing problems with their lives, they sit down and have a serious discussion with that spirit but in the same way you would with a boyfriend/girlfriend you love. To try and make it clear to them how this is affecting them and their lives.

This can develop from the other type of possessive spirit. One that can lead to more and more serious situations. At first the spirit would be light and seem loving. Then they start to win over your affection and feelings. From here they will use our number one weakness to insure that they will have the right to stay, our weakness of love and compassion. Despite what we normally see time to time each of us long for that perfect partner, that one that will never leave us. This can be from romantic to simply just friends. They will drill into you how everyone els is wrong and try to get you to believe that no one understands. From here they slowly detach you from people around you and isolate you. The reason? Just like any other creature they also have needs mostly the two; food and shelter. Your energy is their food and obviously having domain and control over you gives them the control and dominion over your house and land. From here it can easily escalate into what you would hear about from poltergeist spirits including bodily harm, possession and potentially worse. This can be as quick or slow as the being desires and to the extent it wants. Normally people that are unfortunate victims of this is ones that are not knowledgeable or are new to this stuff or even more so people that simply become a victim from moving into a new house/land or work. People who wound up in this boat if nothing done in the beginning seek out professional help to help them rid of this being. It can be very very dangerous for both people involved because just a slightest mistake can have them come back pissed off. Such as a case Iv heard of this woman with such being in her house. The person who tried to help her didn’t do it completely properly. The being wound up waiting for her in her front yard and waiting for a way to enter her house out of revenge.
Spirits are basically us but can be even more complex and emotional. Some are naturally going to be protective and maybe even possessive and some are extremely open and don’t care who you are with. But no matter who they are/what they are, just like another human being this comes with risks and chances. When interacting with other beings you are opening a door to them into your life. Just like trying to get to know a friend they may seem like one thing but change latter on. Often times however, brake ups, fights, drama and hurt come because the lack of good communication and understanding between both people. You can have communication but if you lack good solid communication there is to much room for error or misinterpretation of information. I found also a lack of knowledge also can harm a potential good relationship. Much like I described above, some times spirits will do things that us humans will see as bad or look a way that we have grown to say it is evil. One of the best piece of advice I can give to you right now is go with your gut. Keep smart and mind open but always be on alert. Especially if he is Djinn, they have different morals then us. In fact different tribes have their own morals. Morals change from one to another. So keep that in mind. What is deemed dangerous and evil may in fact be good and normal to them. This of course does not state that any harm that comes to you out of your comfort zone or safety is ok. But at the same note, I recommend you do research on Djinn and most of all sit with him and say “I want to try and understand you and your beliefs and ways.” Open to him (if checked out ok of course and not just some spirit trying to use you) and let him know that you are ignorant of his people and ways. But make a point that you simply are looking to gain onsite and understanding of him and what you two have and not become a subject of well a slave lol A lot of times when we do this to legitimate spirits who honestly want to have a healthy relationship with us and care about us, a lot of the problems and misunderstandings disappear and are resolved.

well, me and tobias used to mostly talk together at night, but hes mostly inlove with me and everytime i talk to another male demon he marks me even more
also hes around he 2000’s (hes around 2500 years old in djinn years)

Does he affect your daily life and social interactions with people? Or only spirits? If only spirits is it towards more the males or both equally. And if he does affect your day to day life and social life how does he? And if so is it towards males or both?

only with other demons, but with people hes fine with it tbh. even with human males hes ok with it, he only gets possessive when i talk to other demons in general

hes mostly quiet all day… i did curse about him once with my friend cause i thought he was using me and just playing games with me and then the next morning i had a dream where he was hitting me and he looked so mad as well. i also heard him one night last month arguing angerily with another male demon in my room and i heard either him or that other male demon mention the word “her” and mine was making love to me while angerly arguing with the other male demon in my room. but i couldnt see him nor that other male demon as they were both fully invisible. And another night (recently) he growled in my room but near me idk why
