I suspect that I have a binding spell on me which have been for years because I always feel so blocked. I cannot do magick unless I’m very angry that drives me to act. What can I do if it’s the case? Do I need an other magician to do it?
When I had an issue like this, I had good results discovering and working on the bindings under the guidance of Mehmi’on, who is one of the entities from the Book of Azazel.
This is if you’ve got a binding, if it’s to ward against future spells then wards and shields do that.

I had a past life binding, and had to do some penance in order to remove it. A third party did a journey on my behalf and received advice from Paimonia, and a nameless shaman, who prescribed me certain tasks (make an offering of tobacco to someone, perform an act of charity, and seek out Spirit in prayer) to break the binding.
I was not bound by a person, though but by a Power.

You may use secrets of ancient magick by Nineveh shedrack it has an anti hex ritual. It’s good ritual to remove bindings of any kind done by a person/spirit.

I have a pentacle with an amethyst in centrum. Can that be used?
You sought the spirit in prayer because having your magick bound prevented you to do evocation of the spirit?
You can use talismans to enchant them for protection, but this is not really the same thing as a ward or a shield.
A sheild is a mental thoughtform construct you create around your body to reflect. deflect, absorb or otherwise stop unwanted energy coming in from any angle. A ward is the same things for your entire house, or bed or eating or living areas.
It’s better to create something permanent in the astral than rely on a physical object that you can forget about, break or lose.

Talisman to enchant the pentacle?
Pretty much. It doesn’t matter what it looks like though, in case that was the question… Enchant the pendant or necklace (or ring, or small object you can easily carry, whatever you like) itself to make it into a Talisman for protection.
Then you carry it and it protects you. That is the actual, bog standard definition of a “talisman”
I see what you mean now. Can I accumulate all the elements and direct them into the object?
I don’t see why not. 
A pendant that has all the elements you want represented in it physically might help for that, which could be by alchemical symbols, stones or something else.
E.g.
Or you could just use the one you have and your intention alone is enough.

So, this pendent is on it’s face about protection and psychic development but also life and connections.
So it’s a good choice enchanting with the energy of all the elements, which allow life and having them all connected inside it seems balanced and natural.

Interesting you mention psychic development in relating to the amethyst because my intention originally was just psychic protection as I read that was something the amethyst could provide.
The accumulation of earth is the element I have most training with. If I charge it with that and the energy from my daily vampiric operation I may not need the other elements?

It helps with psychic development. And half the battle in having protection is seeing the difference between a psychic attack or issue, and bad luck or a curse etc… ifyou know it’s not your own thoughts, you can get rid of them or ignore tem more easily without harm. … Knowledge is power.
The best protection element is fire, but I would use all 5, or all 4 in your case. I would suggest avoiding getting into a rut here, practice with all elements, the ones you’re weakest in more, if you want to be a fully rounded practitioner.
When the only tool you have is a hammer, everything has to be a nail or you can’t fix it. That’s a trap and doesn’t help you ward off all forms of attack that leverages elements you’re less familiar with.
Under the qigong 5 element theory for example, if they attack you with Water you are at a disadvantage if you and your talisman are Earth based, for example, as Water is destructive to Earth and turns it to mud. But fire builds earth and fortifies it (think firing clay).
If you have all the elements they can together counteract all the attacks.

No, the Power that bound me did so because I caused suffering in the pursuit of material wealth. To counter that, I had to seek out spiritual guidance for myself. In other words, find balance between spirit and the physical.
And it wasn’t my magick that was bound, it was the flow of material prosperity. All my magick worked fine, except money magick. It would just barely bring me the essentials but nothing more, no matter what I did or which spirit I called.

What will happen if I charge the pentacle with accumulated vital energy?
Then it will be charged with vital energy, whatever that means to you, like a battery.
You can use that stored energy or anything you like later.
But it won’t have same effect like if it was charged with the accumulation of the elements?
It depends on what you use it for, and whether you put intent into alchemizing it at the point that you use it.
For example, cold tap water and ice cubes are both water, but they have different qualities to the energy they have. I would put one in a drink with the intent that it cools the drink, the other maybe not. But either can go in a kettle and get boiled to make tea.
