Nope. Not even a little bit. It wouldn’t bother to tell you about it if it was real, you’d find out later.
So one thing the Christian bible has 100% correct about these things is that they lie, a lot, aaall the time. It’s just what they do. You must not listen to a word because it’s bullshit. Also don’t talk to them; there’s no point and they’ll just use the opportunity to wind you up some more, as you have seen.
Here in these parts we call these “parasites” and “lesser entities”, or “negs” for “negative beings”. The astral is full of them like mosquitos and fleas in the physical. The purpose is to make you feel negative emotions which they feed off. So far this is successful with you, which is why they keep coming - for you are yummy, and taste good with ketchup. 
Kind of like playground bullies - if you give them what they want by reacting emotionally, they get worse.
So, you want to get rid of these physic attacks. I would suggest first banishing, shielding, and then warding the house especially the sleeping areas - like putting up an invisible fence. Wards and shields are the same idea - shields are personal and wards are for areas.
There are so many ways to do this that you will be able to find one that works within your religion and worldview.
The easiest way for you might be to use the Armor of God. Read this bible passage and while you are doing it, visualise the armor forming around you, imagine what it feels like and notice how the lesser entities can’t get past it and may even flee from it.
You can repeat this for your husband, house, pets all of them.
So first take a cleansing salt bath: bless the salt with a prayer or hymn of protection, and allow the salted water to soak out and wash away anything unwanted from our system. Then don the Armor of God and retain that going forward. Christen Magick can be very strong, as long as you trust it - be relaxed and happy knowing you are easily, fully and completely protected.
Ephesians 6:10-18
11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.
12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.
14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place,
15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.
16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.
17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
So you have several pieces to this armor, see yourself getting dressed in them in the order specified.

Now you’re dressed, then pick up the - Shield of faith
- Sword of spirit
That sword is not just for show.
Any lesser entities that try you, you must learn from the warrior angels and smite them with the sword. Literally see yourself killing the entities you saw in your dreams. They have had their fun and you have given them fair warning, they saw you getting dressed and still pushed the boundaries, now they learn the hard way what a human standing their spiritual ground with the full support of their god can do.
