I got a whole bunch of crystals online a few weeks ago and this week i put a lapis lazuli and a clear quartz next to my bed
Now i feel depressed when i wake up and crying almost everyday and dont want to do anything
Can this be an effect?

It’s unlikely. 
What was your intention in placing the crystals there and if I can ask, what are you depressed about?

Clear quartz tend to amplify everything.
Maybe it was charged already with that, or it amplify what you feel at the moment?
