Has it to be written in past present or future tense?
Something that im wondering to get the thing i am wanting quickly

Pretty similar to how I do them myself. I just write the petition on the back of the sigil before burning it, but it is a personal choice.

Future mostly, but it depends on the working. For example, if it was for Pazuzu to help me clear something out of my home, it would definitely be present as I would want it done immediately.
As mentioned in the tutorial, you can include a time frame such as " increase my business’ wealth by the end of this quarter "
