Clearing the Magicians mind and memory

Neureva and Prevagen, combined; Ars Notoria, Meditation, no pharmaceutical drugs. My brain seems foggy, and feels as if something keeps my eyes at bay.

What can be done beside adequate sleep?

Trying to read and memorize terms literally causes head pain, particularly left rear top of the skull.

I’m over 55, and just getting started.

Thoughts?

Lay off of any kind of mind altering entheogens as well - side effect is memory loss. I had to give up on weed experiments totally when I noticed it was degenerating my short term memory.

Agree.

Took me a couple years to get off of weed, bít better off without it. Even nicotine products, including Vapes.

Fantastic for relaxation, but both poison the brain.

I would think everyone would scream for meditation as the solution, perhaps since I never do so.

But I think there is something else. A spirit causing issues? Parasites?

Well that’s easy to test for - banish and cleanse and if it goes away it was a parasite.

If not, then maybe tension headache, try a different way that’s actually relaxing. Add lavender aromatherapy and drink chamomile tea to help the body relax.

I found out through research, that an antipsychotic pharmaceutical drug I take by prescription, affects the part of the brain that allows visualization of shapes and color. The National Institute of/for Health, nih.gov … Is the website.
As a result of it, the side effect is tremors, which introduces yet another prescription drug that needs to be taken.
For my epilepsy, I have to take a barbituate-based drug to control and prevent seizures.

So sometimes the problem is caused by our doctors.

This is one published study on arapiprazole (abilify):

There are other articles on Abilify studied alone or against other drugs.

The visual cortex (part of the brain) is not what to concentrate on, as it is more associated with visual processing of the optical nerves from the eyes.

However what we can concentrate on is the occipital lobe, which is the rear part of the brain, interesting as it covers above the pineal gland and is what to concentrate on for the third eye chakra.

I will update as I have more data.

It’s funny since when I was open about visual and audiotory hallucinations when involved in the occult and making headway on it is when I was dubbed with a DSM disorder, and consequently prescribed an antipsychotic.
