ya’ll tell me why my tryhard Christian sister just tried to argue with me.How Jesus died for our “sins” and how that’s “history” then turned around and try to put me down saying, what you believe in “witches and goblins”
I can’t do dis shit no mo.
It would be helpful to explain the evil side of Jesus when you have these kind of conversations. Our creator is a sadistic murderer who thrives on torture and suffering.
The story of Job is a good example. God made a bet with the Devil concerning the character of Job. In order to prove how loyal Job was, God directed and facilitated the murrder of Job’s family, and the physical torture of Job to within inches of his life.
This was to prove to the Devil that Job was loyal. Why was the Devil’s opinion so important to God ? The Devil and his associated Angels had just been thrown out of heaven for acting up. Now all of a sudden the Devil’s opinions and insinuations are important enough to murrder innocent people and torture God’s most loyal servant ?
Job 2:3
The Lord said to Satan, “Have you considered my servant Job? He is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil. And he still maintains his integrity, THOUGH YOU INCITED ME AGAINST HIM TO RUIN HIM WITHOUT ANY REASON !
Job 1:18
While he was still speaking, yet another messenger came and said, “Your sons and daughters were feasting and drinking wine at the oldest brother’s house, when suddenly a mighty wind swept in from the desert and struck the four corners of the house. It collapsed on them and they are dead.
Job 2: 4 - 8
“Skin for skin!” Satan replied. “A man will give all he has for his own life. But now stretch out your hand and strike his flesh and bones, and he will surely curse you to your face.”
The Lord said to Satan, “Very well, then, he is in your hands; but you must spare his life.”
So Satan went out from the presence of the Lord and afflicted Job with painful sores from the soles of his feet to the crown of his head.
Then Job took a piece of broken pottery and scraped himself with it as he sat among the ashes.
2 Samuel chapter 24 has another really sick example of how fucked up our creator is. God wakes up one morning in a bad mood. He orders King David, the king of Israel, to take a census of the army.
King David thinks this is a bad idea, but God insisted he do it anyway. After David takes the census that God had just told him to take, God suddenly goes into a fit of rage and starts murdering innocent people who didn’t have a god damned thing to do with any of it.
How would you feel about God if you were at your sister’s house and you heard her scream in horrific bloody terrror ? You run to the kitchen and there she is, writhing on the floor with blood pumping out of her chest. Her children are watching all this and they see their mom die in pain. What are they going to think about God after seeing this ? It just fucked up their entire life.
2 Samuel 24:15-17
"So the Lord sent a plague on Israel from that morning until the end of the time designated, and seventy thousand of the people from Dan to Beersheba were brutally MURDERED.
When the angel stretched out his hand to destroy Jerusalem, the Lord relented concerning the disaster and said to the angel who was slaughtering the people, “Enough! Withdraw your hand.” The angel of the Lord was then at the threshing floor of Araunah the Jebusite.
When David saw the angel who was striking down the people, he said to the Lord, “I have sinned; I, the shepherd, have done wrong. These are but sheep. What the FUCK have they done? Let your hand fall on me and my family”
There are a lot more examples that demonstrate that god is fucked up beyond belief, but those two are a good start. God has a very consistent and depraved pattern of abuse and murrder. God simply cannot be trusted or worshiped after you more clearly understand his true character. Any discomfort Jesus may have felt during that little charade on Calvary was infinitely too good for the crimes he is guilty of.
This is normal for fundamental Christians. They have cognitive dissonance and are kind of psychologically identified with their religion. Because of this identity, if you disagree with the religion it’s perceived as a full-on attack of them as a being, and they feel their survival is threatened, so it send them a bit crazy and they fight like a cornered cat. It’s a kind of insanity.
There’s nothing you can do about it, because they’re literally not of sound mind, the best thing you can do is avoid the subject altogether. Don’t try to teach or share anything there’s no point, her mind is gone.
In their own words “do not cast your pearls before swine”. They’ll just destroy them and then trample you.
I can relate with having Christian family. It is incredibly frustrating, and can be very burdensome. The easiest thing to do is to practice in secret. Take notes on what you see and hide the notebook. Old coven laws also state to hide everything you can and only keep literature in handwritten documents, as not to draw attention to yourself.
Theological beliefs and their followers are incredibly narcissistic and have a long history of being violent to anyone who doesn’t believe in what they believe.
The Great Flood in the bible? Because sky daddy got his panties in a twist and didn’t like what his creations were doing.
The Salem Witch Trials? Mass hysteria because people believed a little child in a fake court run by biased judges.
The “followers” of god will always aim to put us down in any way they can because they can’t accept different opinions and philosophy. If you want an actual christened opinion of the teachings of Jesus, look for solo followers that don’t involve themselves in the macro-hypocrisy that the sheep of the tabernacle follow.
@DarkPriorities is an amazing example of this. He can maturely discuss all things whether it be demonic or angelic, and he follows his beliefs out of the heart and not out of the promotions of a pimped out religious leader.
Baphomet spoke to me and said “The pope is an image - but the moral vertue in which we carry ourselves is what actually matters”
I try to keep my practices to myself. But my sister is such a whistleblower to the point where if she sees me reading, anything or just trying to study the occult she’ll immediately tell my mother. And since my mother is the type if parent who believes, that her children don’t deserve to have privacy and disrespects, disregards personal boundaries there’s not really much I can do.And when it comes to thing’s like religion especially the occult they’re both very small-minded.Not to mention at the moment my mother is threatening to try to stop my spiritual journey as well aughhh.
Pointing out the evil side of The Christ or other evil teachings in the bible doesn’t really work. It only makes someone with rigid monotheistic, one truth above all vision more defensive and totally gridlocks any further attempts of a conversation.
If you want to make a study of it and have the time and patience for it…
There are numerous occasions where certain bible passages strongly contradict other teachings and some things just make no sense at all, unless you view it from a symbolic point of view instead of a literal one. I don’t have the patience for it, but I do like to semi-interested just ask for someone’s opinions about some of the contradictions I do know of, without really trying to trip them up. It’s a good test of how much someone actually thinks about their views or just recites whatever they’ve been indoctrinated with.
My sister is a christian gnostic, I am a (gnostic) Luciferian in ideology and practice my spirituality in a very perennialistic/ pagan way.
My sister is also slightly on the autism spectrum. So her view is usually very logical and she has no patience for alternative views.
It’s not the same as a hardcore christian, but I do understand the annoyance of trying to offer a different way of viewing things to someone that’s not open to it.
What I’ve learned is this:
-
One’s path is their path, if someone chooses the path of a Jehova’s witness. That is as valid as someone choosing a mystical or lefthand path. It doesn’t matter how right you (think you) are. The moment you try to impose your spirituality on someone else, you have failed in understanding the nature of spirituality and existence.
-
There’s usually enough to talk about, aside spiritual views so my sis and me accept that that is just one of many topics we will never agree on.
-
I only share my spiritual views if someone is truly interested. Otherwise I just tell them “I have an alternative view on religion” or a simple “well… I am not christian” And as much as someone with a monotheistic view will have a different agenda. My truth is my truth, it will NEVER be my goal to “convert” someone to how I see the world. A conversation about it, to me, serves as an interesting sharing of different views, instant friendship if certain views align and if not I am curious to learn how my views might be a little skewed on some points when discussing these things with someone more knowledgable or perceptive than me making more sense than me.
Completely forget the “I am right, you’re wrong” mechanism of these types of conversations, that’s usually ego and pride taking over the rationality of a conversation. No one ever is100% right about metaphysical views and can describe it perfectly, no matter how “holy and enlightened” they might seem.
Upon posting the above, I realized the TLDR of it is:
There’s no point in arguing with anyone who is clearly very rigid in their opinions. So don’t expect to have any effect on their views
I have to go through something similar, feel free to send me a message so we can talk about that more in depth on and off if you’d like
the easiest thing to do is to practice in secret . take notes on what you see and hide the notebook .
yes … i also hide my practice . one time my mom found out and it did NOT go very well … so i went back in the closet , if that’s the right expression
i also hide my invocation and sigil papers behind my drawer
no one ever is 100% right about metaphysical views and can describe it perfectly , no matter how " holy and enlightened " they might seem .
exactly ! like how one redditor said , the truth is subjective when it comes to spirituality …
The best thing you can do is not engage with them at all. If they really had faith in their belief, they wouldn’t react so harshly to anyone exercising their free right of belief. But a lot of people nowadays are so mentally enslaved they believe everyone should submit their free thought and blindly believe, which is exactly why they’ll start these debates and issues because you simply having your own belief offends them. With that said, I know a lot of religious occultists who are great people so that’s just one side of the coin.
My advice to you is just do your best to ignore it and hide your practice, maybe setup servitors for protection to keep them out of your personal space and work with spirits to help you establish stronger boundaries, make them lose interest, and make them stay out of your space. Don’t fall into their trap of arguing, debating or whatever else. That’s just a convenient way to waste time in a bottomless-pit conversation.
I have the same problem with my mother. She keeps telling me that I was baptized, so I will be a Christian until I die.
This is what most people who grew up in a Christian family have experienced.
Try to endure it, you won’t live in the same house with them forever
I’m going through the same situation, it’s so terribly suffocating. My mother doesn’t tolerate me following other religions, and she’s extremely prejudiced. I’m terribly afraid that someone like her or my family will find out that I’m even more focused on the occult.
but a lot of people nowadays are so mentally enslaved they believe everyone should submit their free thought and blindly believe
honestly i was like this too at first . like , every time i heard about an atheist or satanist or just anyone else that had different beliefs , i would get super mad . but i don’t think i was truly mad at them , i was just very indoctrinated or brainwashed . i was also probably afraid of them ending up in hell and such
nowadays , i know how to accept others much better …
same it’s getting so tiring having to constantly hide …
I was baptized 3 times (before I converted) but I regularly contact the demonic without fail. Escape the dogma of family belief and you can do whatever you like. The only limitation is you.
yes I know , I don’t work with demons now but maybe I will in the future
Never forget as well, there are more than just demons you can work with.
The Greek? I talk to Eros regularly, he’s a silly guy.
The Nords? Alive and well, and never forget by Odin’s words this:
“Every Man or Maiden who shall fall by the stroke of a sword or by loss of breath from the thighs of a maiden shall be welcomed into Valhalla by me, Odin”
Next time she argues with you tell her this
James 2:14-26
What good is it, my brothers, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can that faith save him? If a brother or sister is poorly clothed and lacking in daily food, and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and filled,” without giving them the things needed for the body, what good is that? So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. But someone will say, “You have faith and I have works.” Show me your faith apart from your works, and I will show you my faith by my works.
Faith cannot be apart from works if she wants to actually follow Jesus. Works are good deeds that prove ones faith, like loving one another
Mark 12:31
"The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.” "
And
Matthew 25:42-46
42 For I was hungry, and you didn’t feed me. I was thirsty, and you didn’t give me a drink. 43 I was a stranger, and you didn’t invite me into your home. I was naked, and you didn’t give me clothing. I was sick and in prison, and you didn’t visit me.’
44 “Then they will reply, ‘Lord, when did we ever see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and not help you?’
45 “And he will answer, ‘I tell you the truth, when you refused to help the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were refusing to help me.’
46 “And they will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous will go into eternal life.”
And then wrap it up with
Matthew 7:3-5
3 “Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? 4 How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? 5 You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.
This describes that Christians SHOULD be loving other people - not through words alone but through works and deeds, actions which build up other people. Then it slaps them in the face by calling them a hypocrite for not doing so.
Nothing like The Bible™ to call out a christian.
As for using witchcraft on them. After i did a big curse (that i probably shouldnt of done but did) on my own family member i am of the opinion that if you want to do anything to your own family - binding them and dominating them with magick to the point they wont say shit is the best idea for standing your ground. Look into domination magick and binding magicks.
Oh and Lilith - she is GREAT for oppressing oppressors. Call on her. Shes awesome.
Also, please understand i know exactly how u feel. I was brought up a Jehovahs Witness and left at 16 but i knew my parents would never throw me out as they love me too much so i had a foothold to fight for my right to practice what i do now under my own roof. I succeeded. You can to.
I also reccommend getting out of there as soon as possible. Magick can help you, it can aid you but all in all your first priority in life should be to get out of that house as soon as possible because that suffocating cult-like environment is NOT ok and its not good for you. Also your emotions are valid, and they are right. Dont let them discount and tread all over your emotions. You have a right to feel how you feel. Be you.
I keep editing this but one more thing LOL - If you want any bible help like verses and shit to use against them then be my guest and turn up in my dms i know quite a bit about the bible as ive extensively studied it and its shameful to realize how many christians really dont know their god or their book. I can help u use their own verses against them. I can be your personal Satan LOL.
Pointing out the perceived evil deeds of the Old Testament God will do nothing but make them act out more and more and the more mature christians will be able to counteract your argument easily enough because there are also plenty verses where even though suffering was given, suffering endured is rewarded with more than before. Thats the lesson there. That shit happens but theres always brighter days if you endure. Evil and Suffering exists to make us strong, a trial by fire, thats why God is the author of Evil and Good according to Isaiah. Evil can tear you down only if you let it and any tearing down evil does is ultimately used to strengthen you. There is no growth without suffering.
Also it werent Satan that went to God in that moment it was Samael who is Ha-Satan (The Satan) of the Heavenly Court, not “The Evil One” that is described elsewhere. Samael exists to test the faith of the faithful, to accuse people of sin to God, and to destroy where God orders him to (As seen in Egypt). He is known as the Poison of God or the Venom of God.
Arguing that their God is evil will do nothing.
Thank you. That is interesting.
