Charging vital(chi) energy in your organs by Franz bardon

I’m on to schooling the physical body part of initiation into hermetics and it mentions about after charging my legs and hands with vital(chi) energy I then move to my organs one at a time until I reach my head. My problem is that I don’t know how to charge each organ or even how it visualize it.

Can someone explain to me the steps please?
Am I even understanding it the right way?

I haven’t read this book, but I do practice qigong, and I can use that model to suggest a way to bring energy to the organs.

It’s important to know that qi flows where you put your attention. What it does when it gets there is set but your intention. You intention is a combination of your thoughts and feelings.

So, the easiest, and safest way to bring energy to the organs, is to think of them and “smile into them”. Putting your attention on them already causes qi to stay moving to them, smiling both relaxes you, activating your parasympathetic nervous system and allowing qi to flow better, and allows your the energy to be brought to the spot to be the most beneficial. Feel love for your organs, one by one, and thank them for the work they do for you.

I know this sounds strange, but it’s a basic qigong health and longevity practice called the “inner smile”.

A slightly more energetic practice is to combine this is sound (kind of like mantras do, but for the organs) You can also use the “six healing sounds” while thinking of the organs.

I actually heard of the six healing sounds From Lord Josh Allen’s YouTube channel.

I love his channel and I especially love his daoist magick videos about things I would only think were possible in pop culture.

Soo thanks for helping me understand :+1:

He’s a member here and wrote some great posts  We haven’t seen him in a while but I love his work also.

Got a beginners Mantak Chia book it explains how to do it better than anything else I’ve head so far,
I think I might buy more of his books once I finish this one
