Chakras and constipation problems

For a long time, I suffer from constipation and stiff stools. I drink water and eat lot of fiber but the problem still persists. I read today that even fiber is not a good idea for constipation and that it is a myth. I came across an article explaining that chakras affect our physical dispositions and that hard stool problems can be caused by a weak root or solar Plexus chakra. Is it true? Do you have any experience with that? I hope not many people here suffer from constipation LOL

I think chakras can affect you physically, yes

Eating kiwi’s should be helping, however I’m an energy healer and yes this can also be an energetic case where the chakra’s are stuck/blocked.
Is it only constipation? Do you have swellings too, or gas? Where it is swollen can often be stuck energy, or a sign someone did work on you even as this often affects the sacral energy especially and drains us from there. I had bad experience with this once, it was affecting my overal health, also hair got dull, face lifeless, tiredness, once I cleansed myself it left immediately and the shine of my hair instantly returned, that was pretty interesting to witness.

So cleanse your sacral chakra mostly, but root and solar plexus too.
My simplest process is this: cook rosemary water(again rosemary… YES rosemary is freaking effective to cleanse your energy field, if I could I would sprinkle everyone I love with it daily) and then leave a cloth for a good 30 min with that water on your stomach to drain out the energy, then with selenite crystal make counter clockwise circles over your stomach, and every few stirs you visualise taking out the bad energy and then (very important) you throw out the energy into the earth. even if you live in an apartment you can do this, and visualise the earth taking it in and neutralising it. Don’t let anybody near you while doing this as they can catch it from you then. So your stomach here is like a pot and you stir in it with the crystal, there are even selenite wands for this purpose, and then you scoop out the “dirt”.
This should be doing the trick, but it depends on your energy here if you will “catch” it again, removal doesn’t guarantee it won’t return, so do some more energetic protection rituals on yourself and home, and make sure the food you eat is also high vibrational. We often do not realise what we ingest, everything is energy and all affects us.

Me, a whole adult who knows theoretically where organs are generally located, told my mom, without connecting the dots, her solar plexus area needed some healing while I was rubbing her back and she was receiving treatment for a physical illness in/of/because of organs that are in that area. She then asked me if the solar plexus happened to be where her illness was and that’s when I connected the dots.

Your energy in an area, regardless of the chakra system, has a direct correlation with that part of your corporeal body. I’m not going to say which causes which, but yes if your energy is stagnating or out of balance or something similar in a particular location, I would expect your body is to have issues there.

More likely a biodiversity issue with your gut flora. Try prebiotics like fermented foods, saurkraut is cheap and works well, kimchee, yoghurt (not the low fat artificial crap, real greek yoghurt with live cultures etc)

No amount of energy work will fix diet issues. This is why in qigong therapy, before they even get to energy healing, hey treat all illness with lifestyle and correct food.

Coffee. Before I became a coffee drinker, I was always constipated.

Too much fiber can have the opposite effect if you’re not giving your body time to adjust properly.

2 foods I can think of that might help are beans (dry beans soaked for 24 hours then cooked, especially) and oatmeal.

Well I’m trying to recover because I’ve been facing diet issues as well as constipation issues and I’m slowly but surely getting there…
I used to be totally regular now I’m semi-regular. The things that helped were prebiotics and probiotics as well as eating salads. Chlorophyll can be a huge help as well. I could be wrong but I also changed my water from alkaline to water that’s a bit more acidic. I’ve wondered if alkaline was negatively effecting my digestion so I switched. Fiber doesn’t seem to have a huge impact for me… Which is weird because everyone swears by fiber as the thing that will get you to shit but I swear movement means more for me personally than fiber.
