I have a question 
a friend of mine purchased a binding of the god HADES I want to know if such a thing is possible I know immortal beings can be everywhere at once but is this possible
Depends what the intention is. What does she mean by “binding”?
It may only be effective for that personal application. For example, people often claim to have “killed” some entity or another, I have done this myself, but what we find is that is applicaton to that one person - everyone else finds the entity alive and well as expected.
So she may have had an effect for your friend, but it stopped at the boundaries of shared consciousness. Hades is imo an egregore, so it is what humans make it - all of them together, by committee kind of, and one person doesn’t get to choose for all just like that. But they can choose for themselves not to allow a being to interact with them a certain way for sure. .

Depends what you mean by binding.
Energy bindings or similar would likely be possible though.

Based on the text above this is not what I personally would call a “binding”, so I’m glad I asked. I use the term “binding” more in the witchcraft sense to make or stop someone from doing things or acting in a certain way. Not in the sense of gluing them together.
It looks like a protection and empowerment working, invoking the qualities of Hades as an inspiring concept. I don’t see anything in the text that implies
Since sounds to me more like what I would call an “invocation”, basically the person wants to take on some aspect of energy of the entity. It’s kind of like a pact but made intense and personal as the person brings those energies inside them to evolve with them and become more like the entity in this aspect.
So in this case, yes, you can invoke and gain the qualities of any entity in full or part as set by your intention, and then apply that energy as you desire.
I don’t know if I’d vouch for other people doing this for you, even with permission. It’s better to do your own work on your deep inner self like this, but having the idea given to you can help. If the seller gives the person instructions to maintain and deepen the invocation daily that would help. If they told them nothing it will probably wear off and the original energy regain prominence.
Wards and shields tend to weaken over time anyway, so it’s ideal if the person learns to do this themselves rather than have to pay out for what is a relatively simple working.
Define “true” and “god”. This one is up to you and your worldview there is no Truth™.
In MY worldview, there are no such thing as gods, so no. In this case I think he’s a egregore, created by humans.

Ok they take a bit of energy from the spirit and a bit of energy from the person and bind together.it then becomes ones companion
Without having felt the energy to see what’s going on, no, the impression I have is that the spirit is INVOKED into the person.
They’re not making a cake out of ingredients, it’s not like that. Nothing is taken away from either being. It’s more like a venn diagram where parts are encouraged to overlap, which causes resonance, and the person starts resonating like the being.
I don’t call whatever this is a “binding”. It’s not a binding as far as I’m concerned. And there would be no physical aspect either - that could occur as the energetic effects, if they last long enough, manifest in the physical over time.
There’s some fancy marketing noise here that I would not use, but that’s their business - they’re trying to explain advanced esoteric concepts in two lines to muggles, for a very serious and deeply personal working, so they do what they can to get across the import of it.
