My advice, if you want it, is to ask for a sign or an indication in a dream.
Candle wax divination is not reliable imo. Candles drip, they do that, it doesn’t mean anything - UNLESS you set up in advance a set of tells, like “if the wax drips of the North side that’s a No, and the South side is a yes” - you’d have to set this intention clearly before you start. Otherwise what you get is random.
