You can cultivate qi from the planets the same way you can take it from the sun, moon, earth and cosmos.
I wouldn’t call that astogy energy as astroligy is not an energy, it’s a divination technique.
Intention is everything. If you take energy from mars, or something, and you set your intention that is has a certain quality, then you are going to modify that energy to have that quality. It doesn’t matter it it’s made up or not, you are a creator being and you make it that way.

So black moon Lilith is also possible as long as I have intent
And maybe I can use the logo for Scorpio or Aries as a sigil
And if I use sigils how do I know if it’s working I had made one and the only thing I know for sure is that adhesive tape doesn’t work on wood

Agreed, personally I’d call it planetary and archetypal (signs) energy. The breathing method is probably your best bet @umbrasui, visualising being surrounded by the relevant energy or inside the relevant planet and breathing it all in. Although off-topic to me it’s too limiting of a system, there’s certainly higher forms of energy you could work with to achieve those goals and more but hey if it works it works.
Yes. And whatever that means to you is what you will flavor the energy with.
You decide it’s working and make it so. You’re the mage, it happens because you said so. You do not hope, wish, pray or believe it’s working, you KNOW it’s working because you are making it work. That’s what magick is, you are manipulating energy. You will see the results and not be surprised, because you were there when you did it.
