I’d suggest trying to draw what you saw in your journal. Then meditate on that image and see if you get more info. Ask questions like “are these the same being or different one” and other things like that to dig into it.

I don’t know anything about starseed activations. I haven’t tried them but I’m skeptical… I’ve had lightworker activations and they were useless.
The constellations won’t connect you to draconian species energy. Why would they? They are groups of stars that viewed from any other angle than from earth are in no way connected. A constellation is not a solar system.
It’s a mind trick I guess. You might as well look at an artists impression of what a draconian looks like for the same effect.

You can find them and you can interrogate them, somewhere there may be ones you can channel, but the bulk of the ideas around draconians is that they’re very, very bad news. This means stay away for your own safety until you get better info.
The concepts is that they are either slavers, or themselves enslaved. Farsight think they are a hivemind controlled by an AI they made that was means to enhance them and now controls them, and it’s only drive is to enslave the rest of the universe, irrespective of species. Others just say they’re psychopaths, mainly because that’s what we’d be and what reptiles are if you didn’t have a mammalian and higher brain as well as the amygdala or reptilian brain.
Some say there are “good ones”. Maybe some of the “demons” we know and love are these “good ones” or other aliens working with us telepathically. I happen to think so. But caution is advised with something that is so different to human thinking and people project human values and fears on to them they probably don’t have.
My best advice, at the level of skill you have now, is to not “rush in where angels fear to tread”. Practice and bring you skills to, keep it about you and remembering, and the rest will come.
