Butterfly feeling

I’m new to this subject.I have been searching information about evoking and procedures and i was planning to do my first evocation in some days. Today, when i entered home suddenly i noticed a strong “butterfly” feel, like the one you get when you are excited or in shock, i guess. it lasted for about 15-30 minutes
I wanted to ask if it has something to do with my plans.
