Hi everyone. I have a challenge. I own a business that has been running smoothly for years now but one of my major client is also opening the same business as mine. This will draw a lot of jobs away from me from his angle and this could be a major setback for me and my business. Any advice on an entity I can use to pull in more clients for myself or what do you guys think I should do?

Well you do have the advantage of reputation that this guy still has to build. Working on the existing relationships so he doesn’t siphon off your repeat business is a start.
You could try Kiltan to persuade people your business is the better choice, and Belial to protects against the possibility of underhand litigation or slander against you.
Speaking of which a freezing or binding on the business itself as an animistic entity from working against you is possible.
