I’ve searched information about Budsturga, but there isn’t much information except that she’s good helping with astral projection.
I needed to know if anyone could share experiences with her or if she’s recommended for beginners.

Never heard of her before, where/what tradition does she come from?

To the OP, unless you really feel drawn, I would avoid working with them. There’s many far better spirits that are reasonably well-documented. If you look into spirits from that tradition, there’s abundant and even purposeful misinfo all around.
Unless you’re really experienced already and able to work with them safely and able to get your own gnosis, I don’t think it’s worth it due to the amount of conflicting and sometimes purposefully misleading and dangerous info, but even then I think it’s just a futile task when other spirits can deliver far better with much less of the bs. VK’s blog mentions her as purposefully misleading although it, just like other sources, also seems to really hype her up beyond what she is. Only certain beings from their pantheon are even worth your time imo, and even then it’s not like you can’t get better elsewhere.
