Depends how much you know about energy working already: they can’t teach you whole contexts you don’t know about.
It’s basically a narrow application of energy working. Many tried and tested energy working techniques exist specifically for healing and rejuvenation, such as the Kan and Li in qigong.
I would advice learning real energy working and then you will understand exactly what they are telling you.
