There are inconsistencies that make it sound symbolic.
If it’s from a past life, he has different DNA and blood ow, so a “blood curse” would be irrelevant, unless he reincarnated into the same bloodline. So he got wok to do there to investigate that.
If he thinks he has a generational curse on his family line in this life, someone here posted about how they broke that here: How I broke a Massive 4 Generation Bloodline Curse with Lucifer & Focalor - there’s also a list of symptoms in this post, if he doesn’t have any of them then he’s not cursed, and it should be obvious, and tat can help put his mind at rest..
Try to keep him calm because he can curse himself by worrying about it.
