Bindrunes or Rune Fomulas for Lust?

I am in a happy and committed relationship and have had a lot of success with runes so far, but I haven’t been able to find runes invoking lust or even promoting love in relationships. My wife has a lower libido and I just want to amp up our sex life. Any one have any info? It seems hard to find topics on runes for lust

I wouldn’t use runes for this myself, but maybe a runestave with Fehu for fertility (the material point of Lust in Nature) and Laguz and Raido for speeding it up and making it flow.

I’ll try that, any recommendations on books for runes, I have the main one by Thorsson, and have been using an app and it has been working very well. But love and lust stuff is not really touched on. Any reason for that?

I really like the runesecrets website, that’s my goto reference and it’s so easy to pull up, and I have his book…

Freyia Norling on yt has a lovely series on the runes as well… actually it looks like she made a playlist of those now so that’s nice.

I have the Galdrabok but that’s Icelandic and I like the older stuff.

Arith Harger on yt also has a series about the runes, which I fully expect is amazing as all his Norse info is: he’s both an archeologist/historian and a practicing Norse pagan, I’d already had my fill with Freyia’s info and will go back to them another day.

Gebo would be the primary rune in regards to sex. The intersection of two lines implies a coming together.

Ironically reflected in “XXX”.

In combination with wunjo, “joy” it makes a good bindrune but I would argue that gebo alone is also sufficient.

Uruz for virility and sexual prowess/strength.

As a formula, I’d go with maybe, “uruz, gebo, fehu, wunjo”

The thinking being that the gebo “Weds” or “mates” the ox with cattle, and increases abundance and joy.

Or something like that.

(Might wanna make sure you use contraception though  :joy:)
