How to protect/avoid namable, or what it is?
After great work I am feeling taste of blood and metal on tongue.
And my tsi is drained.
What it is?
Our normal to feel tired after a working, especially an emotionally heavy one.
The taste of blood is also associated with heavy emotion. If you follow Chinese 5 element theory, metal is associated with sadness in particular.
As an example, here is a song that uses the concept of tasting metal or blood when emotional:
“I get s taste of blood in my mouth when you’re near: A feeling that’s too painful to bear.”
(Near and bear don’t actually rhyme in English, but oh well
