I had a dream last night of a book on astral projection with practical instruction and guidance that would work for me, the methods that works best for me which is to do so from sleep and dream or just half awake but I digress, I believe the book had symbols in it too, but I know for sure it was a squarish largish golden ivory book on astral projection that I must find the physical equivelant of
