Being a 90s kid

Oh gods I know, and plucking out literally every hair before they even have any, total pornification… oops better not go there, :smiling_imp:

I meant suit-lady in the last pic, I love suit jackets over a corset top, smart as fuck when done up and sexy when undone…

A quick search on the net gave this result at the top:

Being born in 1980, makes me a Gen X, but other sources either puts it at 1979 up to 1985. If the quote above is what it says, what comes past Millenials? No one talks about them.

I often played with a stick and a pinecone, treading the cone on the top of the stick and swinged it. Damn, that cone flew far. Toys of the nature was pretty fun back in the days.

Pinecones are SO fascinating when you’re little aren’t they!

I donlt know what it is about them.

They still are fascinating to this day:

What’s not to like? Imagine these little fellas growing up to this:

…and these cute fellas eating pinecones:

Pinecones: Toys for everyone! :+1:

We used to gather and dye them with gold or silver spray. Some times we used them as ornaments for our Xmas tree :grinning:

The tv series Macgyver tried to convince me you could make them into grenades, so of course I was fascinated

Or making “jewelry” with pine needles by connecting one end with the other :grinning:

Also the little boats made from bark were fun. Googling them got me somewhat angry, however, for…reasons…

I was born in ‘93, and I remember that the pop culture was all right. We had some really good stuff, but we also had some stuff that wasn’t as good as I remembered it to be.

Also, people born in ‘97 are considered to be 90s kids.

Ah the 90’s. Lots of cereal and cartoons, simpler times.

Sorry, but the best cartoons were in the 1980’s. The 90’s were just riding that wave.

And, yes, I was an 80’s kid :stuck_out_tongue:

I remember riding my bike down the side of a gravel pit (and hitting a cement block hidden at the bottom), climbing trees, and walking on rooftops. sigh Good times.

As I said here already I am ancient. I remember the fall of communism in my country (this happened in 1989) and the big hunger afterwards. I was in school. My practice started long after that when appears a problem.

The late 90s were a pretty good time to be alive, especially if you were a kid because you got to watch Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon shows during the start of their golden age.

Things just seemed to be better back then and i wish it was easy to time travel so i could go back and live in those better times.
