So, I snatched a parasite off of you,but don’t know that it’s the only one.
I used a quick technique to talk to Legion and he said that there was shadow, but it was orchestrating at this point. Not uncommon. Sometimes they’ll test the waters with ankle biters. Legion didn’t I dicate it was one of his, so I’ll see about recruiting it for him later. Otherwise, it’s not going to last long
But this doesn’t mean you can’t learn to banish and cord cut. Otherwise, you’re going to run into this again. Legion told me your insecurity and fear was going to attract others, so get over those hurdles by practice those techniques until you can use them.
Edit - stopped at the grocery store. I won’t be doing anything for 2-4 hours, likely.

I don’t currently have an opinion except to say you got some good advice in with the noise above, that it’s something that was worth doing, and now see if you can get some more info from this being, and as suggested, double-check things.

I’m no longer going to question Baphomet’s existance. I don’t question any other deities’ existance and I realized by doing this I’m invalidating Baphomet.

Sounds like a plan. 
In core shamanism, one meets many spirits who don’t give names, sigils, photo ID, dental records etc 
and yet they’re very powerful.
Maybe he was just derping around the astral for millions of years before making himself known? 
Being known and tracked is not the same thing as existing.

I agree with you and it makes a whole lot of sense. My shadow self knows that I love animals and that I’m a knowledge seeker thus coming to me in the form of Baphomet was a great option. With all this being said I guess Baphomet isn’t my patron 
. Do you think it’s possible for me to work with my shadow self in the future in the form of Baphomet in my practice? My shadow self came to me as Baphomet and offered to teach me magick. Also have you seen anything specific that could have been my shadow self? Anything I said etc etc? I appreciate it.
Did you purposefully contact Baphomet, or did the spirit come to you?

Baphomet contacted me through signs and I contacted them to see what they wanted.

Symbolism , the name popping up everywhere , Knight’s Templar popping up everywhere , the word “knowledge” popping up everywhere , snakes … Yea 
Baphomet is a male (and ime hes a dick) while Aphrodite is a female, I higly doubt they are the same, also, Baphomet is a demon, not a god, and Aphrodie is a goddess

I know they aren’t the same but due to the information I was provided I though Baphomet was actually Aphrodite in a mask. We soon discovered it was a mere parasite.
To me, Balphamet is a interesting person. They are someone I won’t mind getting to know more. Honestly I feel no one really knows for sure. Balphamet be sneaky.
But in all of my experiences they are;
Balphamet is both male and female and can show up as both as we normally see or one sex female or male.
They are chill. They I feel is a grate teacher at balance. Balance of our shadow and light. Balphamet first came to me when I got onto this path I’m on now. They popped up one day during meditation and sitting Indian style on the floor across from me with this soft smile on their face.
I do kinda get a pan feel from them a few times. Like they could totally be that life enjoyer running around and having fun.
I do get the feel that Balphamet is one that also has shadow aspect to them. What kind not sure.
Most of my interactions was mostly during meditation and I feel they came more as a teacher to teach me how to find that inner balance and stillness then anything els.
