I like it. I have done something similar in my workings.
Love the association between tomato plant leaves and nightshade. 
Because we live in a “TLDR” (Too long didn’t read) society, which quite frankly infuriates me to no end, the lengths of your sections appear just abut right. Any longer and I would recommend breaking it down further.
Bottom line: Good technique. The rest is about how much Will the warlock throws into the work.
