I push power from my solar plexus or heart or even 3 eye can work as well
In order to structure it needs energy
And to structure in visible appearance takes Lots of energy
So in the ritual you use that power energy from yourself to make the body

because i can get to the crossroads with just siting still that’s the easy part.
iv tried imaging energy go down my arm to the structure

that’s my plan to imagine the entity in front of me as i imagine energy going from the zeal down my arm to the entity. that seem like a good plan? :thinking:

so if i understand correctly you would just imagine Magenta colored energy move from the base of your skull down your arm then out your hand to the entity or item your trying to structure?
