In order to structure it needs energy
And to structure in visible appearance takes Lots of energy
So in the ritual you use that power energy from yourself to make the body

White Fog

After reading multiple threads and practicing i under stand now what people are talking about. But waiting for the fog to clear is my stuck point what does some one do when waiting for the fog to clear do you project the image on the mirror i understand that’s called an astral matrix but when you use it after the fog goes away because that’s were im at, i must be miss understanding some thing. r

But is the smoke always necessary?

I want to try and evoke King Clauneck.

Is drawing a triangle and sitting within it with candles on the tip of each point and a sigil infront of me enough to evoke him or is incense always required.

You need a manifestation base for evocation. If not incense, then you can use a scrying medium like a black mirror, crystal ball, or bowl of pure water but without a manifestation base, there is nothing from which the spirit can take physical form.

Is a pentagram or triangle required?

Or is a circle enough?

A circle is generally enough. The triangle is simply a space set out for the spirit to manifest in. Think of it like putting a chair out for a guest. The triangle can also be used for constraining the spirit if they get unruly as well but you can allow the spirit to freely wander if you prefer though, just as long as you can still stay in control of the ritual.
