This trick reminds me of what I do when I fix up my aura’s ward. I like to conjure out of my fingertips my intentions as literal floating sentances and snow-angel them into the ward to add durability.
Once is enough and trust that it already started to work.

I saw something very similar a couple of days ago. An entitiy pushed me into connecting my solar with my third eye chakra for some reasons. He talked about building confidence. That resonates.
