Hello everyone, I want to share a story with you. Last summer, I tried to astral travel (at that time I didn’t know much about it). Our house was located on the side of the road. In the evening, I went to the lawn in front of our house and lay down and went into a deep trance and suddenly I opened my eyes but everything looked strange, even the sky. I was slowly separating first my head and then my body from my physical body and suddenly I looked to my left and there I saw some kind of huge flying ship (it didn’t look like a flying saucer). It wasn’t very high above the ground and there were hidden lights on both sides of me. At that moment, something pushed me back and I opened my eyes in my physical body. As soon as I opened my eyes I looked in the direction of the flying ship I had just seen but there was nothing there. After this incident I couldn’t enter the astral plane again. Maybe it was just a dream but if it wasn’t a dream what was the flying ship I saw. This was my second time entering the astral plane. The first time wasn’t like this. Can someone please explain this incident to me. I apologize because my English is not good.
Personally I believe UFOs exist and I think that’s what you saw. Not all are friendly, (especially if they’re ours, ironically), and it seems these ones didn’t want you to see them.

Did you check whether you lost any time after the incident, like two, three, or even four hours? If it were a real alien abduction, you would lose time when you return.
I believe they’re opening portals from other dimensions, more like demons, since they appear during the hypnagogic state.
