Astral Projection vs Astral Travel

I need help with understanding Astral Projection and Astral Travel. Is there really a difference and if so how? Also I have tried to get myself out of my body but I have some issues. The first issue that comes to mind is not being able to relax my body. When I try to get myself out of my body, it’s like… the best way to explain it is like constipation. In fact, that feeling of constipation is not just with my “astral body” but my energy in general. Can having too much physical energy be an issue?

Also, does anyone have the Scholomance book? I ask because I have done a ritual in the book twice and some things happened.

Astral projection and astral travel are basically the same thing.

Okay. Another issue I have been dealing with is the lack of results and I’m not sure what I am doing wrong since I am doing this solo.

You and everybody else. This is hard to get full immersion so you forget your body and feel present in the astral. The only real advice that works is to keep trying and keep switching up the techniques until you make it. Even the best don’t get out of body every time. Most of the tie a guided meditation is enough.

You don’t need to astral travel though to get result in the real world, through any grimoire that you are drawn to: go with it, smile as that relaxes you and have fun.

Do you know if N.D. Blackwood is active on this forum. I have his two books and are reading them.

I see you posted in his last Q & A thread already. He hasn’t posted since June of 2024 so I think he’s probably more active when he releases a book.
