Ok so today I attempted again to AP, and while I have never actually succeeded, I felt that I was very close. I slept for 4 hours, then woke up, went back to bed, and that’s how I immediately got into the specific trance. I focused then eventually, specifically, my legs and my hands and forearms got first tingly, then completely numb.
I found that focusing on / thinking of certain things help me go even deeper into trace, such as just letting my body get pulled into the abyss. I reviewed a bunch of posts about AP here on BALG and I intend on using the techniques listed tonight, such as, for every breath IN, to imagine myself climbing either a tree or a rope, and for every exhale to just not move. Is there anything else I can do to speed up this process? As I said although I’m not experienced I get the feeling I’m pretty close.
I meant, not necessarily speed up, but if there are techniques other than the one listed to help me AP in a shorter timeframe, since I’m doing it daily, the practice/discipline aspect is there, like if there’s other techniques to help me go deeper into trance or so. Some people said they feel vibrations once they’re deep enough into trance, I just felt tingling..
We have more than one listed, so I’m not sure what you mean.
Have you seen the seminar by Michael Raduga? He recorded an entire weekend of people learning to do this. it includes a bunch of troubleshooting tips as well.
